Dr. Ashley Foster, DVM

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Ashley Foster has been practicing veterinary medicine since October 2021 and brings a passionate, team-focused approach to her role as Associate Veterinarian. She earned her degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and is proud to be part of a dedicated, compassionate community that always puts animals first. Dr. Foster enjoys the variety her work brings—caring for multiple species and meeting all their unique companions—and takes special pride in being part of the exceptional team at Santa Rosa Veterinary Hospital.

In her free time, Dr. Foster loves hiking with her dog and spending time outdoors, especially near the water. She also enjoys visiting with her family, particularly her three nieces, and curling up with a good book on rainy days.

Kyle C.

Hospital Manager

Kyle has been practicing in the veterinary field for over five years. He graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and also earned a Human Resource Manager Certificate from the same institution. Kyle prides himself on building strong connections with clients and patients while fostering a warm, welcoming environment for pets and their families.

In his free time, he enjoys exploring new restaurants in the Bay Area with his fiancé and spending time with their two cats, Hank and Mora. He’s also a devoted Disney fan and frequently visits Disneyland to stay connected to the magic.

CSR Manager

Megan has been practicing in the veterinary field since 2004, bringing years of experience and a client-focused approach to her role as CSR Manager. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with a specialization in Medieval Literature from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). Megan takes pride in building strong connections with clients through caring for their pets.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys riding Dressage and Working Equitation, as well as creative hobbies like knitting, weaving, spinning yarn, and embroidery. She also loves baking in her free time.

Inventory Manager

Lauren has been working in the veterinary field for 20 years, bringing a wealth of experience and organization to her role as Inventory Manager. She attended Santa Rosa Junior College (SRJC), where she began developing her passion for veterinary care. Lauren takes pride in managing and supporting the patient experience, ensuring pets receive the medical care they need in a smooth and stress-free environment.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys knitting, watching TV, doing jigsaw puzzles, reading, and spending quality time with her dogs.

Registered Veterinary Technician Lead

Rebecca has been practicing in the veterinary field since May 1996, bringing nearly three decades of experience and expertise. She studied at Santa Rosa Junior College and earned a Bachelor of Science in Cynology from Bergin University. Rebecca prides herself on helping patients feel more comfortable during their visits and providing trusted, high-quality medical care that clients can rely on.

In her free time, Rebecca enjoys dog training, gardening, traveling, and getting lost in a good book.

Registered Veterinary Technician

Shayla has been practicing in the veterinary field for 3.5 years. She studied at Santa Rosa Junior College (SRJC) and is passionate about helping animals recover and thrive. For Shayla, the most rewarding part of the job is witnessing patients get better and seeing the joy and gratitude from their families—because animals are more than just pets; they’re family.

In her free time, Shayla enjoys playing basketball, going to the gym, hiking, and spending time at the beach.

Veterinary Assistant

Alycia has been working in the veterinary field for 2.5 years. She will soon be continuing her education at Santa Rosa Junior College (SRJC) to further her career in animal care. Alycia prides herself on practicing good medicine paired with loving, attentive care for every patient she meets.

Outside of the work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and discovering new restaurants.
